BIDDING ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Bids are now open for the next phase of work on the Darden Mill  (October 2009)

C-HOPE is accepting sealed bids for the next phase of renovation of the Darden Mill at 101 Railroad Ave., Elkins, WV. Pre-bid conference November 5, at 11:00 am, is strongly recommended, and will be the only opportunity to meet with the architects or have questions answered. Contractors may inspect the Mill at other times when it is open, and must register with the owner if they do not attend the pre-bid.

Bids are due by 11 am, November 19, 2009 to:
