Elkins, West Virginia was originally created at the end of the 1800's  and during the boom years of the early 20th Century.

100 years later, many significant local structures have already come and gone, now remembered only by the old-timers who were there.

To keep our remaining local history from also vanishing into just memories and shadows, C-Hope intends to preserve Elkins landmarks wherever possible.
