Major Progress on Railroad Bridge

The photos below show crews getting ready to assemble the structural ironwork atop new piers over the Tygarts Valley River, just south of downtown Elkins.  Rails on the restored bridge will bring excursion trains past the Darden Mill to the Elkins Depot. (Visible left and beyond the mill.)
